The Photoristes are striving to achieve harmony with the universe, aware that there is neither beginning nor end. They seek to combine forces, via the internet, with all other Photoristes around the world, proclaiming their opposition to: Isolation Consumerism Xenophobia Racism War The pollution of the environment Stupefaction The obvious They seek to collaborate and make common cause with other groups sharing the same concerns. The Photoristes see the internet as a global gallery, with no rent and no commission to be paid. The internet is their exhibition space. The group will use Facebook as the arena in which, on specific dates, they announce and promote their projects. |
